We have now signed a contract with the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC) for the release of grant funding amounting to $4.3 over a period of five years. The first Payment is due before the end of June this year and we can file for the second payment after July 1 this year when the MBLC has approved our plans.
